He has a broad spectrum of experiences ranging from Army Officer, Construction business owner, management consultant, executive coach as well as sales and marketing in the medical device and high-tech sectors.  Paul has been a frequent speaker and is an advisor to several companies.  Paul’s passion is to help people and companies reach their full potential.  His family and friends are a priority. Hiking, biking, skiing, fishing and traveling are his frequent external pursuits.  He is a graduate from Wheaton College. Fluent in both German and English.
